Order Tracking
Order tracking information for your order will be emailed to you the day your order is shipped.
Domestic Shipping Policy
We now offer Next day and 2 day shipping.
Based upon product availability, orders will be shipped within 24 hours of receipt of your order. All orders are shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS) or Federal Express. All shipments for 2 day and Next day delivery will be shipped UPS. Any order received after noon ET will be shipped out the next day. Weekends do not count. All shipping and deliveries are done on business days.
Our normal shipping time is 5 days to the east coast and next day in Southern California. Call 1-805-683-4779 to check on shipping time for your area.
We can only ship to a Post Office Box by mail service. Please note, Eulogy Wheels does not process or ship orders from the warehouse on Saturday, Sunday or holidays.
Shipping Costs
Eulogy Wheels currently offers free shipping for all domestic orders over $60 and a flat fee of $5 for all orders under $60 inside the United States. (Alaska and Hawaii excluded)
UPS Two day shipping rate is $12.00-$24.00
UPS Next day shipping rate is $24.00-$48.00
Orders from Canada, Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico
While Eulogy currently will ship the above locations, please be aware of the following:
- Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico orders ship UPS 2 day only.
- Eulogy Wheels is not responsible for any duties or customs your country charges, all customs and duties are the responsibility of the recipient.
- Some delays in shipping may be expected. Orders may take up to 2 weeks for delivery.
- Recipient is responsible for all customs and duty charges.
- No free shipping for any orders, regardless of amount.
International Shipping Policy
- All international orders will be shipped Federal Express Economy class unless otherwise requested.
- All packages are shipped fully insured and guaranteed for delivery with tracking information available.
- All orders received by noon on any week day will be shipped out that same day.
- All orders received after noon time any week day will be shipped out the following day.
- All orders received on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped out on Monday.
- All duties/customs and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. Eulogy does not cover these additional charges by your customs dept.
International Return Policy
If you are having a problem with one of our products and you would like to use our manufacturers warranty, you can do either of the following:
- The product in question can be returned to our Returns Dept. for evaluation and inspection for replacement.
- The product in question can be photographed and emailed or mailed to our Returns Dept. To Contact us by e-Mail, use the Customer Support Form. Mail can be sent to Eulogy Wheels, PO Box 8420, Goleta, CA 93118, USA.
